I made truffles. They are Oreo Cheesecake center with a white chocolate coating and a milk chocolate decoration. Let's be honest, it's a chocolate squiggle. I certainly learned a lot making these - and I learned that I need to become more familiar with chocolate. They taste so great, that my husband has threatened to throw them away so he doesn't eat them all himself.

You are SO talented! I love it that you made a Blog. I added it to my Blog so I can stay updated with all your yummy creations..you should add the recipes. I am a HUGE baker and cooking freak! I love it now!!! I guess that comes with old age! haha! I miss you. Talk to ya soon.
